Project
Between August 2022 and July 2023, VALTUS Management Factory supported the company in addressing an imminent liquidity crisis and restructuring the organisation.
The challenging situation was triggered by COVID-related, industry-wide supply chain disruptions, which negatively affected material availability and, consequently, revenue and working capital. In close coordination with the owners, VALTUS Management Factory supported a capital increase and the implementation of short-term working capital measures.
In parallel, organisational restructuring measures were implemented, including the replacement of key management positions in areas such as Marketing, IT and Human Resources. During this period, VALTUS Management Factory also assumed interim management responsibilities as well as operational leadership of the Sales and IT functions.
Highlights:
- Interim assumption of general management (CRO); Sales management and IT management incl. reorganization of the respective departments
- Company-wide organizational development including the hiring of a new head-of marketing, IT and human resources.
- Support in the selection of and handover to the new management
- Financing secured by banks and owners
- Preparation of budgets, liquidity planning and implementation of necessary short-term liquidity measures
- Conceptualization and implementation of sales initiatives and business development
- Conceptualization and implementation of end-to-end supply and demand planning tools and processes
