VALTUS Management Factory is delighted about the next step in the growth of our colleagues at VALTUS Germanye. With the opening of the new office in Kelkheim (Taunus), the Valtus Group is sending a strong signal and further expanding its presence in the DACH region. Thomas Tschol joined the event on our behalf, and Simon Frei represented our Suisse VALTUS Company FS Partners.
The expansion in the Rhine‑Main metropolitan area is a central pillar of Valtus Group’s growth strategy in the DACH region. The new office is located in an area whose economic significance extends far beyond Germany—one that stands like few others for transformation, operational excellence, and structured change.
Rhine-Main: Economic Density, International Connectivity, and Structural Transformation
The Rhine‑Main metropolitan region is one of Europe’s strongest economic hubs. Key indicators speak for themselves:
- 5.8 million inhabitants
- around 400,000 companies
- ~ 8% of Germany’s economic output
- core functions in finance, chemicals, manufacturing, IT, logistics, and life sciences
Frankfurt—home to the European Central Bank and more than 200 international financial institutions—forms the region’s global center. At the same time, the region’s economic strength stems from the diversity of surrounding cities: Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt, Offenbach, and Hanau each contributing their own areas of expertise, supporting regional stability and innovation.
With Frankfurt Airport—Europe’s most important aviation hub—and DE‑CIX, the world’s largest internet exchange point, the region combines international infrastructure with exceptional productivity. Gross value added per capita is well above the German average.
Transformation as a Constant
The region’s broad economic base also drives continuous transformational momentum. Many companies face profound structural challenges:
- restructuring in the automotive supply industry
- digital transformation in the financial sector
- carve‑outs, site consolidations, and portfolio streamlining in large corporations
- internationalization, growth, and succession topics within the mid‑market
Rhine‑Main brings together globally active corporations, technology‑driven hidden champions, and a strong owner‑managed Mittelstand. For many of these companies, transformation is not an exception—it is an integral part of the business model.
Accordingly, the demand for time‑critical management support that combines deep expertise with rapid execution is high.
New Office in Kelkheim: Close to Decision-Makers, Close to Implementation
With the new office in Kelkheim, just outside Frankfurt, Valtus Germany establishes a strong operational base to support companies in the region even faster and more directly. The location offers economic density, excellent accessibility, and short distances to the most important industrial and financial centers.
For Heinrich Schaible, Managing Director of Valtus Germany, the expansion is a logical step:
With the new office in Kelkheim, we are creating the foundation to support companies in transformation situations even more closely, quickly, and effectively.

The new location enables stronger integration with regional companies and greater presence in a market that ranks among the most relevant regions for Executive Interim Management in Germany.
Opening Event: Professional Exchange at the Core
A highlight of the opening ceremony was the keynote speech by Sascha D. Niederhagen (CSO, WIKA):
“Change Needs Stability: How Customer‑Focused Non‑Negotiables Anchor Transformation Capabilities in Organizations.”
His central message: transformation requires not only adaptability, but also unwavering clarity about principles that are non‑negotiable. Interim managers in particular must make decisions, provide direction, and set priorities—often within extremely tight timeframes.
In addition, Heinrich Schaible (Valtus Germany) and Aymeric Bas (Valtus Group) emphasized the strategic importance of the new office within the context of the group’s broader growth—especially in light of increasing demand for effective support during critical corporate phases.
Our special thanks go to Heinrich Schaible, Robert Sadjak, Manoj George, Frederik Horn, Dr. Rolf Keck, and the entire Valtus Germany team, as well as Aymeric Bas from Valtus France, for their valuable contributions to this important new location.
A Shared Commitment for the DACH Region
The Valtus Group’s mission remains clear:
To effectively support companies in decisive moments of change—whether in crises, restructurings, transformations, or M&A processes.
Experienced Executive Interim Managers and Financial Advisors are ready to step in precisely when speed, expertise, and execution power matter most.
This commitment will now be lived across eight locations in the DACH region:
Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Vienna, Zurich, Basel, and Herisau.
With the new office in Kelkheim, the Valtus Group sets another lasting milestone in strengthening companies in one of the most economically dynamic regions in Europe.
