Richard Bittner AG is an internationally active group of companies in the field of herbal medicines. The group develops, produces and markets high-quality, pharmacy-exclusive and innovative products in Austrian pharmacies and is a reliable partner in health management, prevention and therapy for patients, pharmacists and doctors. The portfolio includes modern preparations for a wide range of applications, ranging from pharmaceuticals, medical devices and dietary supplements to cosmetic products.

The project (Rent-a-CFO):

From January 2006 to January 2007 (12 months), the Management Factory provided the managing director of finance in the holding company. The Management Factory’s task was to carry out the sale of 100% of the shares. The group was sold at the beginning of 2007 to the listed Omega Pharma group from Belgium, which was acquired again around 2014 by the American-Irish Perrigo Company plc.
