This week, the Valtus Group and Valtus Alliance teams from across the world were delighted to meet in Sweden for our annual international seminar. Over 3 days, more than 90 participants from 24 different countries gathered in Stockholm, home to one of our key offices. Such gatherings are powerful moments of collaboration, they are essential to driving our global expansion. On the photo you see Yves Megret from Valtus France, Cecilia Brinck from Nordic Interim in Sweden and Björn Henriksson, who is the CEO of Valtus Group.
Supporting Valtus’ international transformation journey
By implementing a multicultural leadership team at the start of 2024, Valtus clearly aimed to accelerate its global expansion and establish itself as a worldwide market leader. Since then, our internationalization efforts have been progressing steadily:
- March: Valtus sets foot in Germany
- April: Valtus Alliance welcomes a partner in India
- May: two partners in Australia and Japan join Valtus Alliance
- June: Valtus Alliance welcomes two new members, in the United States and in Central & Eastern Europe
- July: Valtus expands into Italy through a new acquisition
- September: Valtus Alliance joins forces with a partners in Canada and South Korea
As teams grow and become increasingly global, bringing together colleagues in the capital of Scandinavia was a strategic decision.
Accelerating cross-border collaboration
To increase our ability to support clients worldwide, uniting teams from 5 different continents is crucial. The 2024 international seminar was a pivotal opportunity to build trust, enhance collaboration and deepen mutual understanding.
The seminar’s agenda featured:
- insights into local Executive Interim Management markets,
- engaging cross-border plenary and workshop sessions aimed at driving international growth,
- valuable moments dedicated to nurturing progress and working towards shared objectives.
Understanding global transformations in multicultural environments
To foster innovation through inspiration and shared experiences, Valtus welcomed two guest speakers with extensive international backgrounds. They delivered keynotes on topics such as achieving growth through trust and partnership, building a truly international company, driving large scale transformations and taking calculated risks.
