Management Factory expands its management team. As Austrian market leader in executive interim management, we are continuing our successful growth strategy with three new partners: Nina Neubauer, Christopher Klena and Julian Wildpaner.
“With Christopher Klena and Julian Wildpaner, Management Factory is massively strengthening its clout in its traditional area of financial advisory. With these two new partners and their team, we will be able to support our clients even better with restructurings, going concern forecasts, independent business reviews and corporate transactions. With the commitment of Nina Neubauer, we will consistently develop our position as an executive interim management provider in the HR environment. We welcome our new partners and are delighted to have gained three top executives for Management Factory,” says Thomas Tschol, Managing Director of Management Factory.
Nina Neubauer (46) was Sales Manager & Authorized Representative of Iventa IT Recruiting and Head of Business Development of Iventa Management Consulting GmbH as well as Senior Key Account Manager & Authorized Representative of Iventa Personalanzeigen GmbH before joining Management Factory as a partner.
Christopher Klena (37) worked for Wolford as Head of Controlling & Treasury in Bregenz and for Deloitte Financial Advisory as Project Manager in Vienna before joining Management Factory.
Julian Wildpaner (33) was most recently Senior Vice President at AlixPartners in the Turnaround & Restructuring division. Like Christopher Klena, Julian Wildpaner also previously worked at Deloitte.
