In 2023, we bundled our financial advisory activities into a separate company and intensified these services. This enables Management Factory to offer a complete package of design and implementation, especially in the area of restructuring.
Our company is managed by three experienced senior partners who themselves have many years of operational management experience:
- Reinhold Pfeifer – Expert in financial management, controlling, and turnaround processes, with extensive CFO experience in international industrial groups.
- Thomas Tschol – Strategic thought leader with practical CFO experience, specializing in corporate management, transformation, and post-merger integration.
- Gerhard Wüest – Specialist in strategy and organizational development and in sustainable change processes in complex corporate structures.
