In the following reference, we provide you with an overview of two successful projects that we implemented in collaboration with the company Cancom. The Management Factory acted in an interim capacity and made a significant contribution to the success of the projects.

Cancom 1:

The Client:

K-BusinessCom AG (KBC) is a leading ICT solutions and service provider and digitalization partner. KBC combines certified technology expertise with industry know-how as a consultant and end-to-end digital business engineer. In the DACH region, Romania, and the Czech Republic, the company develops new business models with its customers on its own KBC platforms using IoT, AI, and other software applications. K-BusinessCom also supports its customers in their cloud transformation journey and the development of smart offices. The KBC Cyber Defense Center ensures 24/7 protection against cyberattacks.

The Project (Mergers & Acquisitions):

  • In line with the company’s strategy, KBC has massively expanded its IT solutions sector over the past two decades, partly through the acquisition of IT companies.
  • Management Factory conducted a market screening of the Austrian IT market and supported K-BusinessCom throughout the entire acquisition process, from the initial contact to the integration of the acquired companies.
  • Management Factory was able to leverage its extensive financial know-how, especially in company valuations and contract negotiations.
  • As part of the project, six companies were acquired.

The Client:

K-Businesscom Rental Services GmbH acts as a sales financing company and service provider in the areas of contract management and accounts receivable accounting for K-BusinessCom AG. K-BusinessCom (KBC) is a leading ICT service partner in Austria and CEE. The company’s comprehensive solution portfolio covers both information technology and telecommunications. In addition to system integration and continuous optimization, KBC also takes over full operations. KBC relies on manufacturer independence and partnerships with globally leading technology providers such as Aastra, Avaya, Cisco, Google, Hitachi, HP, or Microsoft.
