The customer:
Asamer Baustoffe AG, based in Ohlsdorf, comprises the ready-mixed concrete business in Vienna and cement plants in Slovakia as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2017. Central functions such as accounting, controlling, IT, legal and HR are located in Ohlsdorf.
The project:
A short-term vacancy arose at Asamer Baustoffe AG due to the departure of the CFO and the delayed arrival of his successor. The operational business and ongoing projects required the deployment of an interim CFO.
Highlights:
- Management Factory took over the position of CFO of the company on an interim basis and ensured the professional continuation of business operations with the existing management team.
- Key time- and resource-critical projects had to be continued with the necessary technical and management expertise.
- The handover to the successor was planned in detail with the Supervisory Board so that the successor was well prepared to take over the job without causing additional costs.
