VALTUS Management Factory has been named one of Austria\u2019s <\/strong>Growth Champions 2026<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong> The award is based on a study conducted by \u00d6GVS \u2013 Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Verbraucherstudien in cooperation with business magazine trend<\/em>, analysing the revenue growth of Austrian companies between 2021 and 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VALTUS Management Factory does not view its inclusion among the Growth Champions 2026 as a short-term achievement, but rather as recognition of the company\u2019s strategic direction over recent years \u2013 and, above all, as a distinction for its outstanding team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thomas Tschol<\/a>, Managing Director of VALTUS Management Factory explains the significance of this recognition as follows: <\/strong>\u201cOur growth is primarily the result of a combination of strong market demand, international integration and the consistent development of our service offering. Since joining the VALTUS Group<\/a> in November 2021, we have been able to provide our clients with even broader access to Executive Interim Management and international expertise. At the same time, we continue to see strong demand for experienced executives who can provide rapid and effective support to companies facing critical situations. New client references such as Arverio<\/a>, Coveris<\/a> and neoom<\/a> confirm that our approach is meeting a clear market need.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gerhard W\u00fcest<\/a>, Founding Partner of VALTUS Management Factory, adds:
<\/strong>\u201cAlongside Executive Interim Management<\/a>, we have strategically built up our Financial Advisory Team<\/a> over the past three years, bringing on board two experienced managers, Christopher Klena<\/a> and Julian Wildpaner<\/a>. Finally, Reinhold Pfeifer<\/a>, Managing Director of VALTUS Management Factory, highlights the company\u2019s continued development:<\/strong> \u201cOver the past few years, we have consistently expanded our portfolio in line with our clients\u2019 requirements. In addition to CEO<\/a>, CFO<\/a> and CRO<\/a> positions, we now also place executives in roles such as Chief Transformation Officer, COO<\/a> and Plant Manager, as well as interim professionals in Supply Chain and M&A. This is supported by a strong team and a robust pool of experienced managers. An important part of this is our Talent Manager, <\/em>Annika Porsch<\/em><\/a>, who manages our talent pool and continuously develops it further.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the study, a research sample was established from a pool of more than 30,000 companies identified in Austria. Companies were eligible if they were headquartered in Austria, had generated revenue of at least \u20ac100,000 in 2021 and at least \u20ac1 million in 2024, and achieved the majority of their growth organically. The analysis was based on revenue figures for the 2021 and 2024 financial years, either provided as part of the data collection process or reliably sourced from publicly available information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ranking was based not on absolute revenue growth, but on the average annual growth rate, known as the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). CAGR reflects the development between 2021 and 2024 and enables companies of different sizes to be compared based on the dynamics of their growth. The 250 companies with the highest average annual growth rates were recognised as Growth Champions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results of the Austria\u2019s Growth Champions 2026<\/strong><\/a> ranking will be published in business magazine trend<\/em> on 4 September 2026<\/strong>. The study was conducted for the first time in 2026 by \u00d6GVS<\/a> and trend<\/a>.
