Its products are distributed worldwide, while sales within Europe are conducted through a network of distribution partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-project\">The Project:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During a period of declining production volumes, the company initiated a <a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/restructuring\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/restructuring\/\">restructuring program<\/a>. At the same time, an unexpected vacancy arose within the technical leadership team, precisely in the area that was critical to the <a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/turnaround-management\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/turnaround-management\/\">turnaround<\/a> initiative. A key objective of the project was the optimization of operational processes, with a particular focus on improving OTIF performance (On Time In Full), ensuring that customer orders were delivered both on time and in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-custom-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #e74011;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Highlights:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-tw-checkmark\">\n<li>Rapid stabilization of the technical leadership team and assumption of day-to-day operational management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refinement and revision of the proposed restructuring plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focused improvement of key operational performance indicators, including lead times, OTIF performance, quality, and productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful completion of the ERP migration already underway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-executive-interim-manager\">The Executive Interim Manager<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was led by our <a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/executive-interim-management\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/executive-interim-management\/\">Executive Interim Manager<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/yvonne-wenzel-a0225728\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/yvonne-wenzel-a0225728\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yvonne Wenzel<\/a>.
