The company operates 17 sites and employs around 2,500 people worldwide, generating annual revenues of more than \u20ac600 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-project\">The Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past 24 months, VALTUS Management Factory supported Coveris Group in the design and implementation of a comprehensive restructuring program across several production facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective was to significantly enhance the efficiency of the international production network for plastic films and packaging while maintaining the Group\u2019s revenue base.
