In this context, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/restructuring\/\">restructuring<\/a>\u201d does not necessarily imply a crisis: local expertise and management power on the ground are also essential for the transformation of a group in the course of <a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/transaction-advisory\/\">M&amp;A activities<\/a>, for the consolidation of different business units at a central location, and for the establishment of shared service centers (e.g. in Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, Valtus supported its clients in 170 restructuring projects across four continents.
