Our partner Christian Kniescheck<\/a> is delighted to have been able to make a small contribution to the development of the Roncalli<\/a> Group as Chairman of the Advisory Board for ten years now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Roncalli Circus Theatre<\/a>, Roncalli’s Apollo Variet\u00e9<\/a>, Roncalli Event GmbH<\/a>, the Bernhard-Paul Traumfabrik and the Roncalli Creative Centrum in Mallorca, Roncalli has a broad base and also organises the Hamburg Christmas Market and top-class corporate events. For many years, Roncalli has transformed the garden of the Swarovski Crystal Worlds<\/a> in Wattens into a circus wonderland in summer, and in autumn 2025, the Johann Strauss operetta Cagliostro will be performed in a Roncalli tent at Heumarkt in Vienna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does the advisory board do? The normal supervisory board agendas, i.e. approving budgets and investments, reviewing transactions requiring approval, appointing and advising the managing directors, approving the annual financial statements, drawing up a family charter (family constitution), optimising the group’s legal structure, strategy work and developing values and a mission statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first meeting of the 2025 Advisory Board took place today in Cologne. Preparations for Roncalli’s 50th anniversary in 2026 are in full swing, and next year the entire circus will return to Austria on an 800-metre-long \u00d6BB<\/a> train visiting Vienna, Graz and Innsbruck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
