Central functions such as accounting, controlling, IT, legal and HR are located in Ohlsdorf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-project\">The project:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A short-term vacancy arose at Asamer Baustoffe AG due to the departure of the <a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/en\/interim-cfo\/\">CFO<\/a> and the delayed arrival of his successor. The operational business and ongoing projects required the deployment of an interim CFO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-custom-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-highlights\"><span style=\"color: #e74011;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Highlights:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-tw-checkmark\">\n<li>Management Factory took over the position of CFO of the company on an interim basis and ensured the professional continuation of business operations with the existing management team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key time- and resource-critical projects had to be continued with the necessary technical and management expertise.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The handover to the successor was planned in detail with the Supervisory Board so that the successor was well prepared to take over the job without causing additional costs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The customer: Asamer Baustoffe AG, based in Ohlsdorf, comprises the ready-mixed concrete business in Vienna and cement plants in Slovakia as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2017.
