\u2018Rent a CFO\u2019 has been our motto since 2001. With the integration into the VALTUS<\/a> Group in 2022, we have stood true to our roots while significantly expanding our range of services. Today, in addition to CEO<\/a>s, CFO<\/a>s and CRO<\/a>s (Chief Restructuring Officers<\/a>), we also offer our clients COOs, HR managers<\/a>, CIO<\/a>s, ESG<\/a> and supply chain managers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last two years have been an exciting time for all of us at Management Factory. From one day to the next, we became part of an international French group with \u20ac123 million in sales (2023), with sister companies in seven European countries (France, UK, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Italy) and partners in the Valtus Alliance on four continents. This expansion has not only enabled us to increase our turnover by 25%, but it give us also the opportunity to offer our Austrian customers new solutions worldwide. And from six partners in 2022 we increased to nine partners at Management Factory: Gerhard W\u00fcest<\/a>, Thomas Tschol<\/a>, Reinhold Pfeifer<\/a>, Martin Pfeffer<\/a>, Christian Kniescheck<\/a>, Christian Egger<\/a>, Christopher Klena<\/a>, Julian Wildpaner<\/a> and Nina Neubauer<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, we continue to keep up and improve our core expertise in the area of financial advisory: restructuring concepts, going concern forecasts, IDW S6 expert opinions, liquidity planning and transaction advisory services are available as ever in Austria, but on top we now have also experts on site in all Valtus countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incidentally, all 71 Valtus partners will be coming to Vienna for the annual meeting next autumn to celebrate our three-year anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
