Its product portfolio comprises both e-bikes and conventional bicycles, with sales focused primarily on the DACH region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-project\"><span style=\"color: #0f0e17;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Project<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Between August 2022 and July 2023, VALTUS Management Factory supported the company in addressing an imminent liquidity crisis and restructuring the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenging situation was triggered by COVID-related, industry-wide supply chain disruptions, which negatively affected material availability and, consequently, revenue and working capital. In close coordination with the owners, VALTUS Management Factory supported a capital increase and the implementation of short-term working capital measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, organisational restructuring measures were implemented, including the replacement of key management positions in areas such as Marketing, IT and Human Resources.
