With more than 650 employees, the group focuses on innovation and quality.<\/p>\n\n<p>A group acquired years ago (companies in Austria and Germany) with a business focus on hardware trading, service &amp; software development could not reach the profit zone. Several restructuring attempts failed mainly due to the difficult market environment and the Corona Pandemic. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Project:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Management Factory was commissioned to evaluate downsizing options for the specific investment group and to assist in the implementation of the downsizing. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-custom-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: #e74011;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Highlights:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-tw-checkmark wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analysis phase &#8211; evaluation of optimized exit scenarios taking into account continuing obligations, group interdependencies and the complex business model with different customer contracts. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of a detailed wind-down plan and integrated calculation of financing requirements &#8211; Support in the implementation of the solvent liquidation of the hardware and services business as well as in the spin-off and sale of the software division <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer projects and contracts were completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mutually agreed solutions with all employees as well as transfer of key employees to the group. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Client: Trivest AG (Austrian family-owned company) looks back on 100 years of entrepreneurial tradition and has produced a renowned portfolio of internationally operating companies.
