Losses at subsidiaries and on selected major projects led to a decline in earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Group employs approximately 420 people with annual sales of around EUR 120 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Project (Rent-a-CFO\/CEO):<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Management Factory has been acting as CFO\/CEO with a board function for Binder+Co AG (Group headquarters and production headquarters) since January 2018. The task of Management Factory is &#8211; in addition to the management of the human resources, IT and finance departments &#8211; also the management of production and technology.
