In a study done through EIM Group and the international Interim Management networks Globalise and Senior Management Worldwide (SMW), 45 companies with operations in 50 countries, have shared the trends and outlook in their markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 out of 10 of the companies believe that their business will grow approximately 18% during 2022. This corresponds to the growth of the industry of about 22% in the last few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 30% of the respondents say that the benefit to their clients of hiring an Interim Manager through an Interim Management provider is the added value that their experience and knowledge bring. The international networks of Interim Management providers are also a great advantage and enable them to help their clients all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most common reason for hiring an Interim Manager is the need for general management and change management (96%). There is also a high demand for interims who can lead and drive restructuring and supply chain management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study was performed in April 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
