The Client:

Trenkwalder is an international company operating in 20 countries in the temporary staffing sector with market leadership in Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania. With around 65,000 employees, it generates annual sales of around EUR 1.0 billion.

The Project (Rent-a-CRO):

The economic downturn in Q4/2008, which followed a phase of strong (in)organic growth, posed significant challenges to the entire industry and thus to the Trenkwalder Group, both from a market and financial perspective. Management Factory was able to make a significant contribution to stabilizing the financial situation by taking over the CFO function in the management holding company on an interim basis and by strengthening the controlling department. Management Factory accompanied the sale of the company to the Droege Group.
