The Client:

The core competence of the “automotive” business unit of the Georg Fischer Group (“GF automotive”) is the casting of heavy-duty components made of ferrous and light metal for chassis, powertrain and bodywork. GF Automotive, with sales of around EUR 1 billion and around 6,500 employees, is a long-standing partner of leading brands in vehicle and commercial vehicle construction and has a total of 10 production sites in Austria and Germany.

The Project:

GF Automotive has set itself the goal of increasing process quality and reducing costs by bundling essential parts of finance, controlling and human resources management in Shared Service Centers (SSC). Management Factory supported the project team in this project from analysis to implementation. The processes were examined with regards to SSC suitability, uniform process flows with clear interface descriptions were defined and served as a basis for the implementations of 2 SSCs as well as the training of the SSC staff.

Management Factory optimized the business processes of companies in the industrial-trade-service sector. The consultants of the Management Factory used a uniform business process modeling and are experienced in the implementation of business processes.
