Sie werden erfasst, ausgewertet und in der Schichtbesprechung besprochen. Was darunter liegt, wird nicht gemeldet \u2013 der Bediener greift ein, die Anlage l\u00e4uft weiter, niemand schreibt etwas auf.<br><br>In Summe ist das oft der gr\u00f6\u00dfere Block. Ein Stillstand von drei Minuten, achtmal pro Schicht, entspricht in der Woche einer halben Schicht. In keiner Kennzahl taucht das auf, weil die Erfassungsgrenze dar\u00fcber liegt.<br><br>Der Einstieg ist eine Strichliste. Ein Blatt an der Anlage, zwei Wochen, jeder Eingriff bekommt einen Strich und ein Stichwort. Kein System, keine Sensorik, keine Anbindung. Nach zwei Wochen zeigt die Liste, ob sich ein Muster wiederholt \u2013 und in der Regel tut es das.<br><br><strong>Montagelinie, Beispielrechnung:<\/strong> Die OEE lag bei 78 Prozent, die dokumentierten St\u00f6rungen erkl\u00e4rten davon vier Prozentpunkte. Die Strichliste brachte in zwei Wochen 340 Eingriffe, von denen zwei Drittel auf dieselbe Zuf\u00fchreinheit entfielen. Nach dem Umbau der Zuf\u00fchrung lag die OEE bei 84 Prozent.<br><br>Der Punkt liegt weniger in der Technik als in der Erfassungsgrenze.
