Heinz Kammerer gegr\u00fcndet, setzte mit der Kombination von Einzelhandel und Gastronomie neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be in der Vermarktung von Weinen, Schaumweinen und Destillaten. 2015 erwirtschaftete Wein &amp; Co mit 23 Shops (6 davon mit Bar), 271 MitarbeiterInnen und einem Marktanteil im Fachhandel von \u00fcber 30&nbsp;% einen Umsatz von 45 Millionen EUR. In den 2010er Jahren erweiterte Dkfm. Heinz Kammerer die Vertriebskan\u00e4le ums Internet und um den Bereich Gastronomie zu einem Hybridansatz (Shops + Bars + Internet + Events + B2B). 2016 generierte Wein &amp; Co bereits 15&nbsp;% des Umsatzes online. Die j\u00e4hrlich im MAK von Wein &amp; Co veranstaltete Weinmesse Mondo Vino z\u00e4hlt zu den Fixpunkten im Kalender aller Weinliebhaber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Das Projekt:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die starke Expansion, ein sukzessiver Lageraufbau, Probleme bei der Einf\u00fchrung von SAP, eine unvorteilhafte Finanzierungsstruktur sowie die zunehmende Konkurrenz durch den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel (Spar, Merkur, Billa), aber auch durch trendige und inhabergef\u00fchrte Weinbars, f\u00fchrten 2016 zu Liquidit\u00e4tsproblemen. Wein &amp; Co beauftragte daher die Management Factory mit der Erstellung einer <a href=\"https:\/\/mf.ag\/de\/fortbestehensprognose\/\">Fortbestehensprognose<\/a>. Diese fiel positiv aus und war Basis f\u00fcr eine Umschuldung Anfang 2017. Nach Umsetzung zahlreicher Ma\u00dfnahmen aus einem ebenfalls von der Management Factory erstellten Restrukturierungskonzept verkaufte Dkfm.
