Das Familienunternehmen erwirtschaftete 2018 einen Gruppenumsatz von \u00fcber 60 Mio. EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Projekt:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Incoming Bereich ist in der gesamten Reisebranche aufgrund der digitalen Transformation unter Druck (Buchungsplattformen, Revenue Management Tools der Hotellerie und hohe Transparenz f\u00fcr die Endkunden). Die globale Wirtschaftskrise (2009 ff.) und die Russlandsanktionen (2014 ff.) f\u00fchrten zu einer weiteren Margenerosion im mitteleurop\u00e4ischen St\u00e4dtetourismus. 2018 unterst\u00fctzte die Management Factory Mondial bei der Erstellung eines Business Planning Reviews mit Hauptfokus auf den Bereich Destination Management (Incoming).
